External Funding

Funding for student projects may be available outside of the university depending on your project topic and field of study. Internet searches can turn up a number of resources. Our listings are far from comprehensive.

In addition to the links and examples below, your faculty mentor may be aware of discipline-specific sources of funding. Additionally, they likely have experience applying for external funding--don't be afraid to reach out.


NCUR 2021 Conference Registration Funding

The Health Sciences Division of the Council of Undergraduate Resarch is offering funding to students to cover the costs of their registration for the virtual conference. Students from diverse backgrounds and perspectives are encouraged to apply and applications are due December 31, 2020.
