Melissa Schneider, a Research & Editorial Consultant for CESR, is pursuing a doctoral degree in School Psychology. She grew up in Mankato, MN, and earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from MSU, Mankato. Melissa’s research interests include assessment, prevention, and interventions for externalizing behaviors that affect classroom functioning. Additionally, she is interested in investigating the use of universal social and emotional interventions to promote children’s self-regulation and social skills. In her free time, Melissa enjoys playing with her dog, finding new hiking trails to explore, and spending time with her family and friends.
