Finn is a current student in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology Master's Program. He completed his B.A. in Psychology at the College of William & Mary. His research interests include finding ways to increase employee engagement, best practices in selection, and the development of resilience. Outside of school, he is an accomplished cellist and enjoys cooking.
