Nicole Goncharuk, Consultant

Nicole is in the master's degree program in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Minnesota State University, Mankato. She comes here with a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Minnesota where she had much experience in statistical analysis and design. Her academic interests include researching the validity of various organizational selection tools as well as improving strategies that promote employee wellbeing. Outside of school I enjoy working as a rhythmic gymnastics coach and spending time with friends.
